Chicken Curry

Ingredients

3 lb chicken cut up
2 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped and quarter.
5 large cloves of garlic
Salt to taste (about 1 tbsp)
1 small hot pepper
1 tbsp of dry thyme
1 stalk green onion chopped fine
1 small stalk celery chopped finely
1 large onions chopped finely
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp curry powder
½ tbsp massala
¼ tbsp geera
1 piece cinnamon stick
2-4 spikes of cloves

Preparation
• Grind garlic, one onion, and pepper
• Heat oil add all ingredients except the cloves and the cinnamon sticks
• Fry on slow heat for about 3 to 4 minutes.
• Add chicken and potatoes and salt to taste.
• Add cinnamon stick.
• Cook on slow heat for 15 to 20 minutes
• Add one cup of water and bring to boil for about 20 minutes until potatoes are fully cooked
