Fried
Salt Fish
Ingredients
½ lb. dried salt fish
2 tsp cooking oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 small celery stalk chopped fine
1 stalk green onion chopped
½ tsp black pepper
1 small hot pepper
1 medium tomato, chopped
Preparation
• Boil salt fish in water for 5 minutes.
• Remove skin and bones and drain excess water
• Flake fish into small pieces
• Heat oil and fry onion, garlic, celery and green onion together
• Add fish and fry for about 4-6 mins
• Add tomatoes and fry until soft. |
